Sleeve Condition - VERY GOOD+/NEAR MINT - This sleeve is in really nice condition! Nice sturdy card sleeve with nice bright artwork and strong edges and spine. There is some light evidence of handling/use but nothing really serious! Really nice example. Comes with the printed insert.

Record Condition - VERY GOOD+/NEAR MINT - The record appears to be in excellent condition! Really nice sheen off both sides. There might be a hair line or two on there but if I'm honest I'm struggling to find any. This copy should play and sound great! I can see a little dust on there so I recommend a quick clean before playing, just to further improve sound.
