My tapes are:

-- 100% play test completely with headphones (not spot checked).

-- leadered at the start of side 1.

-- prepped for auto revers decks by adding reversing foil to the non play side of the tape. Note: Some decks require the foil to be on the inner (play) side of the tape. In that case the user will have to add foil to the side opposite of where I have placed it. Pioneer, for one, has this requirement on some of their decks.

-- on original reels that have been cleaned with all old sticker(s) gum and fingerprints removed.

-- in boxes that:

-- have been wiped down.

-- that may have new white inserts cut & glued to the box interior to cover aged or otherwise unattractive interiors.

-- that have been carefully repaired with glue if the corners or edges were split or broken.

-- shipped with:

-- foam inserts around the tape reel in its box to hold the reel in position during shipment.

-- a foam insert at the outer end of the tape to keep the tape wound during shipment and storage.

-- the reel in a new clear bag and the box in a new clear bag.

My Take on Selling: I spend far more time on reel tape preparation than most and pride myself on providing top quality products, descriptions and transactions.

Comments / Notes: The info sheets (2) are glued to the inside front and back of the box. This is The Philadelphia Orchestra, Eugene Ormandy conducting, Favorite Romantic Waltzes

Play Speed: 7.5 IPS 3.75 IPS

Side 1, Side 2 Timing: There is a 1 minute, 20 second silence at end of side 1 until the reversing foil reverses the tape (normal).

Plastic Reel Condition: Very clean, looks unused, no marks. See scan of the reel with tape end attached to reel backside when I first opened it. Not saying unplayed, but usually these sticky tape holders are tossed when a tape is played.

Label Condition: Near New, nice.

Audio Condition: I have 100 percent play tested (not spot tested) this tape using headphones. I attempt to listen to every note of every tape I post. I did not notice any issues with splices, noise, static, stretching, warble or dropout.

Box Condition:

    • The box is also in excellent condition, shiny like new. No issues. NM
    • The box rear is white and bright, near new with a vertical crease about 4 inches long near the right side.
    • The hinge is excellent.
    • The spine is very clean, like new.

Inserts: No
