This is the original recording MASTER TAPE, LIVE at the Viper Room in Hollywood CA in 1996 with the engineering charts/notes included in AMPEX 499 tape with the aluminum reel and the plastic safe box.

NOTE: THIS TAPE IS A PROFESSIONAL STUDIO TAPE. IT'S WIDE. IT WONT PLAY on a regular REEL TO REEL player.

I was told by an expert on the band the 1996 performance at the Viper was never made an album so this can be an interesting tape.
I have Proof of Content, The tape was played by a professional engineer and I have fragments. See picture of tape in the machine.
These tapes (any vintage tape) needs to be "baked" for hours to eliminate moisture and then transferred

Neurotic Outsiders was a supergroup founded in 1995, consisting of Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols, Matt Sorum and Duff McKagan of Guns N' Roses, and John Taylor of Duran Duran. The first line-up featured Billy Idol and Steve Stevens (together with McKagan and Sorum), but they were soon replaced by Jones and Taylor. The group was originally called Neurotic Boy Outsiders.
Originally a gathering of friends jamming together at the Viper Room, they eventually released one eponymous album on Maverick Records in September 1996, and did a brief tour of Europe and North America. The album, which was the first release by the band and is now out of print, was followed up by the "Angelina" 5-song EP in 1997, which was a Japanese-only release.[1]
They reunited briefly in April 1999 for three shows at the Viper Room.
