A remarkable original - AC/DCs HIGH VOLTAGE from 1975: First pressing with Blue center labels & kangaroo.
The condition of the vinyl is as close to mint as you can get for a record of its age (close to 43 years now). There are no traces of play, no spindle marks, and both labels are perfect without any marks. The album cover has a small ding to the lower left corner and slight shelfwear on the top end to the front and the back.
Please see all photos as they form part of the description. More photos are available on request.
Track A1 is credited to Broonzy on back sleeve and center labels. Later copies had the side one label changed to correct an error in the writing credit for "Baby Please Don't Go". It was incorrectly credited to Broonzy, but was actualy written by Joe Williams - The matrix number is the same, and the label still carries the Blue Roo, that is used by Alberts, to signify an original Alberts issue. Track A1 is still credited to Broonzy on the back of the sleeve, but Joe Williams is now credited on the side one label. (these are a lot less common than Broonzy - at a rate of around Three Broonzy to one Joe Williams).
The matrices are interesting. Side 1 has YAPAX1177 (as per normal). Side 2 shows YAPAX1178 with the '8' etched out so it is hard to read. It almost looks like a '9'.
Will post worldwide but note that I will not post to Russia or Italy, and registered post with signature is the only way I will ship.
